E para deixar o consumidor mais tranquilo quanto às compras, o Procon-JP traz dicas para uma negociação segura.
O secretário de Proteção e Defesa do Consumidor, Rougger Guerra, faz o primeiro alerta para as compras realizadas nos dias que antecedem a data oficial da Black Friday, momento em que mais ocorre a chamada ‘maquiagem’ nos preços, já que existe a possibilidade dos produtos terem tido o valor aumentado algumas semanas antes e nos dias que antecedem a promoção anual, voltarem ao valor anterior ou terem um desconto irrisório, mas dando a impressão de que existe uma redução significativa nos preços.
A Black Friday é uma ação de consumo planejada para ‘esquentar’ as vendas no comércio em todo Brasil e vem crescendo a cada ano e traz realmente grandes descontos, mas, também, é passível de irregularidades e pode ocorrer o desvirtuamento do objetivo do evento comercial para se ganhar mais do que o previsto em cima da boa fé do consumidor.
Necessidade – Outra dica importante é que o consumidor só compre algum produto se houver mesmo necessidade e não apenas para aproveitar um grande desconto em algum artigo. “Fique atento: não aproveite apenas um preço baixo porque, certamente, o risco de arrependimento depois é grande. Como é uma promoção programada, é importante que a pessoa se planeje para comprar algo de que está realmente precisando e que normalmente não caberia em seu orçamento mensal. Se for à vista, melhor ainda”, pontua Rougger Guerra.
Outra orientação do secretário é pesquisar os preços antes de realizar uma compra. “Comparar os preços antes de finalizar a transação pode significar uma boa economia. Como o consumidor, geralmente, está de olho em algum produto há algum tempo, fica mais fácil realizar a pesquisa, seja em lojas físicas ou virtuais”.
Sites de compras – Quanto às compras virtuais, a orientação é que o consumidor só deve adquirir produtos em lojas devidamente registradas com CNPJ e que tenham endereço e telefone de contato, bem como procedência no mercado. “Uma forma de fazer isso é checar os comentários realizados por outros clientes na internet. Outra maneira é comprar onde já tem cadastro, até porque já recebe os anúncios de promoções e de valores, o que pode facilitar na pesquisa de preço, além da segurança”.
Acione o Procon-JP – O secretário lembra ao consumidor que, na dúvida, deve procurar o Procon-JP de forma imediata. “Se o cidadão perceber algo que o deixou indeciso quanto à promoção, deve acionar o Procon-JP através do Whatsapp 98665-0179 ou do telefone 3213-4702. O importante é que fique atento para evitar possíveis abusos na relação de consumo durante a Black Friday”, ressalta.
Pesquisa e fiscalização – O Procon-JP realizou duas pesquisas este mês de novembro para monitorar os preços dos produtos mais procurados durante a Black Friday. “Na primeira pesquisa, que divulgamos no último dia 7, o consumidor já tem uma noção dos preços de alguns produtos. Os levantamentos de preços também servirão de subsídio para nossa fiscalização no dia oficial dos grandes descontos”, salienta Rougger Guerra.
Dicas para compra segura pela internet:
– Preferir sites com boa reputação no mercado;
– Desconfiar de ofertas muito abaixo do padrão de mercado;
-Verificar se o endereço eletrônico indicado na barra é o mesmo informado no site;
– Verificar a adoção de sistemas de segurança (cadeado ativo no canto direito da tela), principalmente quando fornecer dados pessoais;
– Desconfiar de formas de pagamento incomuns, como depósito em conta de pessoas físicas;
– Conferir se a empresa existe de fato e de direito (CNPJ, endereço e telefone de contato);
